British singer songwriter Elvis Costello was avoiding paparazzi questions after dining at Orso, but he seems very pleased with his new CD. Elvis has just been announced as one of the headlining acts at the 36th Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival along with Emmylou Harris, Sam Bush and Dixie Chick Martie Maguire.
